AT the airport recently and saw a younger guy wearing a smurf. That's probably the least common watch I've seen in the wild recently.

On my last flight in the Middle East spotted four Rolex of which three TT (116613 and 116713's) and one Platona in the lounge.
I was wearing my DSSD

Flew to FL a few weeks back and saw two 5 digit reference GMT's on guys that I would assume were in their mid 30s. I was sad I left mine home for that trip.

I saw two vintage GMT's this am so far. One at our club's gym, guy was working out in it and just now at the grocery store. The one at the grocery store was being worn by an older gentlemen and it had a great fade on it. It was extremely difficult not to say anything. I wanted to buy it off his wrist!

Saw sooo many in Marbella last week. WG/YG Daytonas on Oysterflex, Hulks, Kermit, Smurf, WG YMII. It was all going on.

They even had one of these in the window of the AD in Puerto Banus!!......

I was in South Florida this past week and I saw lots of subs, from SS to PM ones. Way more rolexes over there than in Montreal where I live.

Awesome!

In London I see Submariners all the time. I see a fair few two tone GMT-IIcs as well. I don't often see many rarer Rolexes, once I saw a BLNR. In Birmingham I have seen a couple of two tone Yatch-Master IIs and again two tone GMT-IIcs.

Near my office in London I have seen two 5711 Pateks, which are probably the rarest watches I've seen out and about. Pretty cool to see :)

Also, on Hatton Garden there's a watch dealer which had a Rainbow Daytona..! I couldn't tell if it was the 2018 one (if there's an earlier one?).

The only recent sighting was in a supermarket in Narragansett, RI. It was a yellow gold 36mm Day-Date. Aside from that I don't see many others being worn. The last good watch sighting prior to this is almost a year ago. I'm either in the wrong places at the wrong times or my area is lousy with cheap fashion watches.

Recently went to a banking shindig. No spotted Daytonas, but seemed like nearly everybody in their 30s was rocking a Sub.

Last night I spotted a Smurf on some guy driving right next to me. I also spotted a Rose Gold Daytona Black Strap Rose Gold clasp on Chip Gains on Fixer Upper.

Saw a holes sub date the other day. Struck up a conversation. It was a gift from his father. Very cool watch and a nice story behind it.

I was boarding a plane to calgary recently I noticed a guy wearing a ceramic sub date. I said nice rolex as I walked by him through the isle and he pulled his arm away awkwardly.

10 mins later when i was already seated I realized that he had a PCL bracelet and that shit was fake. Scolded myself for complimenting a replica watch. This is why I will likely never have a mainstream SS rolex.

I am out in the Hamptons where Daytona’s, Day Dates, etc are everywhere. The rare sightings are vintage Daytona’s and I saw a 6538 big crown sub on a NATO recently.

I see a '67 spider dial 5513 daily as it belongs to our VP of IT.

Saw a 16800 at Kroger on a gentleman in his 60's - said he got it as an anniversary gift new and has been wearing it since. Never been serviced or polished - it looked awesome.

I told him to look up its value when he got home....

A guy sat opposite me on the train yesterday with a 1675/8 on a black nato, great combination of vintage and effortless class that I couldn't stop looking at.

Pretty much exactly the same situation. Saw a guy having a coffee next to me and he had a Kermit on. I said I liked his watch and he said 'Thanks' then I showed him mine and he went a little red and walked off.. An obvious fake.

I did a group mountainbike ride a couple weeks ago where I only knew the leader. After the ride one of the guys complimented me on my BLNR, said he had a DSSD at home.

I live in SoCal and travel to all the major cities on the West coast for work. I pretty much see a Rolex every time I leave the house. Plenty of Subs and DJs around here. One I haven't seen in quite awhile is an Explorer.
