Outside of some of the perpetual calendars, I think the 5205 is one of the most underrated Pateks out there. Congrats on the pick up, enjoy that beauty!

Nice! Post pics of the blue please. Was considering the blue too but ordered 1 first to see if it fits and looks good.

Definitely underrated. For the same price as a steel aquanaut at grey prices you can get a gold watch with complications. Really no brainer here.

Yea that's my only gripe with it. But it's still a fantastic watch

Congratulations on the watch, my dream ones too.

Mr. Goh, any difficulty to buy at AD? I will be in Singapore next year once all the virus stuffs settle and am thinking of buying a PP there, here in Canada sucks. Appreciate your insights.

I think this model is in a great spot in the lineup, considering the new release 4947 AC in stainless. The 5205 has individual windows for day date month, 24 hour hand, and a PM case with beautiful sculpting. While I love the dial on the 4947, the blue 5205 is great too. I think the new release just adds compelling value to this model in particular.

Just got my rubber straps. When home will put on watch and take pix. I think they look nice, though the blue does not match the blue dial of 5205G, but perhaps will still complement.
We shall see.
Thanks Fishrus!

I can’t seem to load picture...it says I need to reduce picture to 1250x1250....does anyone know how I can do that on an iPad? Thanks.

Properly stunning, congratulations !

It may not be obvious now, but if/when Patek decides to discontinue the 5205 i reckon this will go through the roof. The dial is like no other, and the lugs/case is genuinely innovative, whilst somehow keeping the overall conservative Patek vibe.

Many thanks!

I’m interested in a rubber strap for my 5396. Would you mind sending me a PM with details? Thank you!
