I think it’s more about the psychology of transitioning from it being an investment item to a watch to wear and enjoy. To each their own, but I struggle to see the point in having a collection of nice timepieces that sit in a safe or safety deposit box and rarely if ever get worn. Get some scratches, make some memories and show them off! Lord knows they cost enough and we’ve earned ‘em.

Enjoy. It's a beauty.

But the way Rolex does stickers, I'm sure you probably missed one somewhere.

Lol u could have sold it with stickers at a premium and picked up another one with no stickers. I am kidding, but probably true. Could have made 1-2k in the process I bet

Taking them off makes one normal.

It’s Step 10 in the 12-Step Sticker withdrawal program.

Step 11 is throwing away the stickers.

Step 12 is Self-Actualization.

Is it possible that if the stickers are left in, for a long period of time, that they might have a negative effect on the metal?

Glad you did. With a good RSC service, it can always look mint. Enjoy it!
