Plastic Watch Removal Tool?

Is there such a thing as a plastic watch band removal tool? My new Grand Seiko comes with a case that has the through holes on the case for removing the band - similar to many of the older Rolex. The case is ideal for replacing the OEM ss band with leather. I am looking for a tool that will allow me to remove the original band and reduce the chances of scratching the case. I am looking for a plastic removal tool that will allow me to push the pins in and remove the original band. Does something like this exist? There has to be something out there - even if it's original use was not for pin removal. Have you guys used anything similar?

Thanks

That's what I use most of the time. Round toothpicks work great, and if the tip breaks while in use, just turn it over to the other side or grab another toothpick.

I tried the toothpick and no way will this work? The one's I tried are way too thick. I will be on the lookout for a toothpick that will work.

I also have toothpicks that are too large but I just scrape them with my knife until I get them to fit. I'm thinking about finding some hardwood scrap to make a few that are more durable than toothpick's.
Another thing I have done is use an old toothbrush handle and made it into a useful tool to help when I need to pry something I don't want to mar or damage in any way.
