It seems like a lot of these incomings are in the uk....doesnt seem that hard at moment to source and ive noticed grey prices falling...do you think rolex have just sent a batch to uk and itll dry up agin and grey prices rise.....
I remember this happening with the sd 4000...initially on ebay well over then couldnt give them away now look at the price of them

silly question...maybe someone can answer. What is the weight of just the SD43 watch without the band? The watch+band weighs about 183grams. My Panerai is 160grams on a rubber band and feels very "top heavy". My thought is the SD43 is more balanced...i.e. the band weighs 80 grams, and watch weighs 100? thanks,
Marc

Well, met up with my favorite Rollie dealer and friend (justrolexes) today to look at some watches. I had no intentions of getting the SD43, but after seeing it in person I had to have it. Believe me when I tell you that pics don’t do this piece justice; has to be seen in person. The brushed stainless steel finish complements the tool watch look and feel perfectly. The red lettering is so subtle while shaded but just pops when the sunlight hits it. Being a huge SD fan and having had both the 16600 and the 116600, I was a little apprehensive about the cyclop but I found it to be a welcomed feature given my tired eyes. Even though the watch is 43mm, I believe it fills the void for those who feel the DSSD is too large and/or the SD4K wears too small; just my opinion of course as I’ve owned both the SD4K and the DSSD in the past.

I’m glad I joined the SD43 club..... Thanks for looking....

Hi SD43 owners, unfortunately mine is in the safe but could someone kindly confirm what came with the watch...and how many links in total.

One of my friends is buying one on his travels and I wanted to give him a comprehensive list to check. Thank you!

May be too late but bracelet wise mine had 11 full links, one half link and divers extension.

Instruction booklet, service booklet, warranty card, leather card holder, Oyster medium box, outer box, sleeve, bezel protector, green hologram and white hang tags. I also got the shipping coffin and all stickers (but we know how that's going)

Hi guys I’m hoping someone out there can help me. after being on the waiting list since 126600 was announced.it Just came in (I have never seen it in person) my A.D. was nice enough not to withhold the paperwork and not take stickers off. I was never a Rolex fan until I met Batman and hulk. The 43 is the size I always wished for when I had big Breitling‘s which I’ve all sold to pay for my newly acquired sub and GMT my question is simply this… Can I be confident that if I take the stickers off and of course don’t scratch it up, six months from now would I be able to get Close to retail plus tax if I wanted to sell? not looking for a major profit but I’m going to need a few weeks of wearing this out in the wild to know if I love it.
