I used Safari on my MacBook because Chrome uses a lot more power and memory. On the iMac I use Google out of habit. Both have their pros and cons in practical use.

What is funny is how Apple has duped so many people in thinking they are all about your privacy and your security.
All while building out their data collection empire and will soon start doing ADs. I am happy they are telling us about it but really dislike premium priced devices serving ADs. Watch the next 5 years and how huge Apple gets from their new ADs business. I actually don't have a problem with it, in general, as I use Apple and Google and fully understand how it works. There are convenience factors that I enjoy in exchange for my data. I pay for services from both and never see ADs in Chrome. |
