Incoming :)

Well I traded away my first and only AP less than 2 weeks ago and have had an empty feeling not seeing that beautful case work and decorated rotor in my collection. Paul you didn't help going to Lebrassus and posting how awesome it was right after I shipped off my AP

I have been shifting around my collection as of late and have been gradually moving out some rolex pieces for other pieces that caught my eye. I'm a bit on edge as I officially have no rolex in the stable for the first time since joining trf. Thank goodness I came for the rolex info and will remain for the good friends No question there will be another rolex in my future and I can't wait to re-enter the wilsdorf world of maniacs, collectors and unabashed fanboys alike.

I first tried this piece on in NY a year or so ago and then again in Miami....again in NY...again in Miami (No AD for AP in my hometown :) I mean to say that I have been stalking this one for some time.

Pics by late morning as per fedex norm

SOTC: 5167/a, 5711/1a white, ALS 1815 WG, Breitling Navitimer

Recently departed: 116710 LN and BLNR, 116610 LVC, 15400 black

Fancy a guess?

Hmm id only be guessing as I don't know your tastes Tom, but im just going to eliminate the 44mm from you. By the look of your watch history it hasn't been directed to the larger size.

Congrats; looking forward to the pics. Maybe a SOTC shot too?

If all goes well, I may join you sooner than later being Rolex-less!

It's here and I'm back!

This ones thought to photo so more pics will have to come later on :)

I've been wanting a black sports watch for some time but couldn't decide between a Pam, DSOTM or this. Obviously price was a factor as is with most. I have finally come to the point in my collecting where I realize how costly it can be to compromise and flip. So I finally sucked it up and moved blnr and hulk towards this sucker. Time will tell how long I last without a Rolex but one thing is for certain...I'm going to enjoy the heck out of this all summer

Just a few more quick shots for a better size perspective on my 7.25 wrist. It fits better than I recall in the boutiques. And luckily it feels light!

Last but not least a BIG thank you to my friend Thanh Do (takuya) for coming up big on this one! First deal with him and will not be my last. Great communication and excellent value on my trade. Highly recommend

Had a feeling that was the one since you were trying on at Boutique...VERY nice for sure!

You'll love it and it looks great on wrist!

You'll be fine without a Rolex--a mere memory at this point and was worth giving up for AP!

First to the party and a correct guess

While I and everyone else on earth lusts the 44 RG, I need to acclimate a bit towards larger watches. I think this is a good stepping stone and maybe some day a 44 will be in the stable. That said, I don't see anything in the ROO line that pleases my eye more than this one right now

Well founded post even not knowing me because I preach small and light all day this one is not small but wears well so we shall see how much wrist time it gets.

It could have easily been. These are the two AP that interest me most. Given my current collection, I wanted a change of pace piece and thus jumbo will have to wait.

Thanks JJ! Would love to if I get them all together. Even though I have a small collection I abide by the safe deposit box technique.
