Question PAM560

Hello Everyone,

Question to Panerai enthusiasts. I have the opportunity to buy a preowned PAM560 with a sandwich dial, good condition, 2015, original box and papers for $4,400 usd or a new PAM560 with Panerai warranty for $4,800 USD.

Since I really like the sandwich dial it is a hard decision for me but the 8 year warranty is something to consider. What do you guys think is the best option?

Thank you in advance for you comments and opinions.

I would get the brand new one. Even though I would prefer sandwich I much prefer brand new things so that would sway it for me.

I think you just have to ask yourself whether the sandwich dial is a must-have. If it is, then spending money to be disappointed every time you look at your wrist would be, well, disappointing.

Also, consider that a five-year-old watch may be due for service soon (unless the seller knows otherwise), and if you want to take it in the water then you should at least have it checked before doing that.

When buying used, buy the seller. But used is a great value play. Good luck

That's a tough choice. But my gut feeling is to go for the sandwich dial, since its discontinued and only lasted like 2 production years.

Do the sandwich dial. It's Panerai.

Definitely, it has to be a sandwich rather than a sausage dial.
