You can post some pics of the watch here. Also you can google the serial and see if it shows up as a fake...but your best option is to post good clear photos here for us to review.

These pics are horrible.

Your best bet is to have it taken to a watch maker who specializes in Rolex watches in your area. You profile says your from Toronto so you should have one close to you. Or bring it in to an AD to verify.

Yeah I know I can’t tell anything from the pictures. Have a good feeling it’s stolen. I don’t think bringing it to Rolex HQ is a good idea lol.

So are you worried about the watch being real or stolen?

OP, this is not a forum for buyers of suspected stollen property to get help verifying that a watch is authentic so they can "get lucky."

This thread needs to be shut down.

When there is doubt, there is no doubt, is the best way to approach this.

Why would you gamble on something like this? If it sounds or looks too good to be true, then it probably is. I'd stay away.

Agree 100%. Rolex is a known commodity all over the world so if someone is selling it for a price vastly under market value (especially a newer model), there is something that is not right.

Can’t help but wonder what’s going on with this thread. Op posts some sketchy photos from the seller of what may be a stolen watch asking for authenticity verification.

There is no way to verify a Rolex s/n to know a watch is real without the RSC having it in their possession. That’s because fakirs copy real serial numbers they find on genuine Rolexes.

If you send it to RSC, two things happen.

First, they will validate it isn’t stolen (and if it is stolen they send you a nice communique advising that it isn’t being returned to you).

Second, they advise you if there are any aftermarket parts that need replacing during service.

I see two different watches here. And both look suspect. Walk away, no good!

If its too good to be true then it normally is.........

When looking for a bargain you often get lemons......

I think you get what I am insinuating at.
