Tudor waitlists

Hi all

I’ve never really inquired on a Tudor watch. Is it as hard to get as a rolex? Are certain models in stock ready to buy at AD’s?

No where near as hard to get as Rolex, most are readily available or a next shipment away.

Sometimes a model catches the publics attention and there's a waitlist for a period after release, the most notable being the BB58 Original in black (which depending on the part of the world you're in had a wait list of 2+ years) and most recently BB54 (which may still have waitlists depending on where in the world you inquire, as it only just came out in 2023).

I would say today the two still in higher demand than supply would be the Pelagos 39 and BB54, but your mileage will vary depending on where you live.

Depends on the watch. My AD doesn't display any of the most coveted references (FXD, LHD, etc.). I was on the wait list for almost a year for my LHD.

That said, it shouldn't be too tough to get something that works for you. Much shorter wait times than the Crown, fortunately :)

As was said, if you're not looking for a new '23 model, you should be able to get it immediately, or close to it.

Interesting. The only models that my AD doesn’t have in the show case are the 54, BB41 Burgundy Jubilee, and the FXD.

My local AD has a Panda on Nato available for immediate purchase. Quite a nice piece but it has quite thick in profile.

They also had the Redbull FXD & Pelgaos 39 but exhibition-only. I have to say the Redbull FXD looks quite nice and am surprise there isn't much talk about it.

The first 6 months to a year can be a challenge on hot models but there are very few that can’t be gotten quickly once 12 months past release.

I bought my Pelagos off the shelf. BB OG on bracelet was 2 months and 925 was 4 months -- and then 8 as it went back and forth to RSC to try to solve the intense tarnish issues. BB58 Bronze was a few months beyond that but worth it. One of my keepers and def my favourite overall execution of the BB format.

Rangers and BB58s pretty common now at my AD, always slightly longer for the newer pieces but a long way off 2021-22, when I was told by a large high-end chain jeweller in Canada that "Tudor was no longer accepting preorders...."

Not sure where you are located but my AD had a Tudor event last night and almost every new model was available for sale. My AD is in NH

I registered my interest in the new bb54 and 41 when they were announced and have have had multiple offers/calls/emails chasing me on this. So they are available now for sure.

But I have decided to wait for the a bb58 refresh before I make a decision on my first Tudor

My AD has bb54. I was told fxd are special orders... Other than those. AD had most models on display ready to be sold.

I’m guessing it depends where you are but I’d say you should be fine getting what you want
