Little Johnny's teacher, Miss Smith, wants to expand the vocabulary of her students. To do so, she asks them to give the class examples of multi-syllable words, with extra credit for words of at least three syllables. Most of the students give two syllable examples and receive a "Thank you" from Miss Smith. A few of the brighter students give three syllable examples and receive their extra credit as well as a "Thank you".

When it's Little Johnny's turn he tells the class, "My multi-syllable word has four syllables - masturbation." Miss Smith is taken aback but remains enough composure to to say, "Thank you, Johhny. That's a real mouthful."

To which Little Johhny replies, "Oh, no, masturbation is a real handful. A real mouthful is the four syllable word - fellatio."
