Non certified and not working, 2nd one is really crappy movement. Blurry pics, from a long time seller. Why are people bidding ?

Well Breitling did have models that were NOT COSC certified, but Rolex certify every watch

Have to disagree in part. Rolex didn't certify early airkings and i believe precision watches. Breitling was one of the first big brands to cosc all their watches. Before the early 2000s there were many not cosc watches from breitling. (I still like rolex movements more regardless). But I don't think thats what the seller meant.

They may certify every watch now, I don't know, but alder Air-King 5500s weren't certified.

Likely shill bidders. Look at the feedback scores of the fake bidders, you see this a lot.

People are funny, just because they are bids does not mean they are real. Just because a sale ends, does not mean that any money ever changed hands.

EBAY makes money from selling listings, they make more if there is a sale. In between they really do not care what happens.

Even the Air-King 14000m was not certified, well into the 21st century.
