Ahmed, once you have been a member here for 15 days you can put a signature by clicking on User CP, this will get you to a page where you can edit your account details. Once you're on this page, look at the column on the left and click on Edit signature in the Settings and Options section.

It's an option that needs to be completed by yourself when the completed timeframe has elapsed.....! In the User CP area.
