It's usually an indication that something's been replaced but not necessarily. Sometimes parts just age differently. When the patina is a very even tone on the hands, dial and bezel it is definitely more desirable however.

agreed, theres one on the bay and one in the for sale section that could definitely trade bezels to make them look more matched.
