Any owners of the 26331 who found it to wear better.....
........than the 15400 on smaller wrists (less than 7")?
I have the chance to purchase a limited edition 26331 sight unseen and previously tried on a SS 26331 black dial with silver sub dials, which still wore big on my 6.5" wrist, but still seemed less 'clock like' than the 15400 on my same wrist. I know this topic has been discussed before, but just wanted to get the experience of others who felt the 26331 the same or 'smaller' than the 15400 before I make a decision. |

Aren't they both 41mm with the 26331 just being a bit thicker?

I think it’s possible the ROC looks a bit more logical as an oversized piece having the chrono dials therefore looking more sporty.

People say it wears smaller due to the thickness, pushers and subdials. I don't have personal experience yet. Quite a jump from the 15450 to the IP! Pull the trigger if it's msrp. I'd pass for the grey prices.

I think it does wear a bit smaller precisely for the reasons you and GB man mentioned. I don't have much time to think about this and decide. lol |

The RO chronos have a larger lug to lug length compared to the 15400; about 54mm vs 51.3mm so will absolutely wear larger. I didn't realise this myself until I tried one on and was confused how the Chrono looked so big on me when the 15400 was manageable.

My wrists are 7.5 and here’s a 15400 Vs 26331 for some idea.

they both look terrific on your wrist. Which one do you think wears larger? To my eye, the chrono does. Just by a bit

No problem I just wanted to mention that those numbers are from watchbox reviews of the respective models and are not official. I have no reason to doubt them though Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Wasn’t aware of the case difference as mentioned about and if that’s the case I’d say it too small to cause any concern. |

and if those numbers are indeed accurate, that eliminates the IP for me. That is simply too big in terms of lug to lug length for my 6.5" wrist.

I somehow feel the 15400 wears bigger because there is a lot of space on the dial, whereas the 26331 has the 3 subdials that to me "shrink" the overall dial.

But I passed. After a bit of research, I found out the weight is actually heavier than a SS 26331, and that it's a scratch magnet. Plus, it takes quite a beating on the used market if I decide to sell after a couple of years. But it's an absolutely gorgeous watch-- easily the best looking dial of all the 26331 models with tremendous 'pop' thanks to the platinum bezel and links. |

I don’t think that’s true. The case dimensions are the same except for the thickness. The ROC wears smaller because the dial is actually smaller than 15400. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I don’t think they do and I disagree with above comment. I’m trying to find a side by side photo and will post once I find. The ROC actually wears smaller because of smaller dial. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Agree with Horolojust. Not sure about the comment above regarding how ROC is bigger than RO 54mm vs 51.3 as I own both. Visually the 15400 appears bigger to me and others, while the ROC has sub dials and push buttons. Attached is a side by side photo, not a fair comparison as the ROC is CLOSER to the camera than RO; nevertheless it’ll give some perspective. |

Thank you for clarifying as the above comment was a bit misleading. To anyone who’s in this confusion, pls see attached. The ROC actually wears smaller than RO 15400 and that’s because even though the case dia is the same, yet the dial is smaller by about 2/3mm. I own both so any photos you need to help decide, let me know and I’ll be able to post Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

A bit off topic - sorry. How are you finding and loving the blue ROC mate? I have panda and I’m thinking about flipping it in favour of this blue with silver subdials. I have blue 15400 and white 15400; but can’t afford both chronos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

These posts are great. I had no idea the dial of the ROC is smaller than the 15400. I'm thinking of making the switch from the 15400 rose to the ROC with blue dual/rose gold.
A part of me says I should go SS...any thoughts?

I recently got the rubberb strap on the 26331st - one word gorgeous. Straps go way better on the ROC due to the sporty look and it wears better for my 6.75 wrist.
Love the 15400; love the 26331st more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
