The case is sharp and the lugs are thick, free from any blemishing or scratches. The original coin edged white gold bezel is stunning and original to the watch. This piece would make a great start for a new vintage collector, or be a great addition to an expanding collection. We love the early Rolex DateJust for its simplicity and its classic sophistication. The watch also just received a complete overhaul and is running flawlessly at COSC spec. Stock # RLXDJ6605-57 Brand Rolex Style Datejust Model 6605 Serial 27XXXX Size Men's Material SS Dial Silver Millimeters 36 Bracelet Vintage Style Strap (Taupe) CASE & BRACELET The even case retains thick and even lugs, showing minimal wear. The original "coin edged" white gold bezel remains in excellent unpolished condition. The inside of the case back is stamped II.57. DIAL & HANDS The original gilted black dial remains in excellent vintage condition, exhibiting a consistent bubbling throughout the dial. The 3 o'clock marker shows degradation, and the 7 o'clock marker has been restored, the remaining lume plots remain fully intact. The original hands have been relumed, but match the overall look and presence of the watch. ACCESSORIES The watch was fully serviced and running at COSC spec backed by a 1-year warranty on movement.
