Incoming: 15202ST
After two months of searching, my new AP 15202ST arrived a few days ago. Caught me by complete surprise because I only registered my interest with a few boutiques in June 2018 and had been quoted a wait time of ~1-2 years across the board.
Got the watch sized this weekend - proportions are just perfect and the finishing is absolutely immaculate. Chuffed about joining the AP club with a piece like this! Here's a low quality picture because apparently I'm incapable of putting up anything higher quality without violating the attachment requirements. :p PS - Happy about getting the watch from a boutique (with all the perks and goodies it comes with) after almost getting scammed by a grey market seller as some of you might remember from the "watch out" section of the forum. PPS - It appears AP has increased prices on the watch very recently by ~10% depending on the boutique. |

Interesting. I see the Jumbo is priced at $24,700 on the US website now. Did you get old price or new?
Congratulations, gorgeous watch! |

Congrats and enjoy! I don't think that there's a better, more classic AP out there at the moment.

1-2 years may mean somewhere between 6-12 people ahead of you. If the next in line isn’t ready to take the watch when they get the call then the boutique will call the next person in line and so on. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Congratulations! It looks fantastic! Not sure if they’re starting to receive more but I received a call today that my blue 15400 will be here sooner than later as well! Can’t wait!

Not always that simple! I’ve seen AD’s work through a list and if no one answered or didn’t pay a deposit on the phone they moved on to the next!
So it’s not too unconceivable to work through a good few names in this manner. Anyway wait lists are dynamic and not a definitive line, maybe they realised his ‘passion’ and bumped him up |

Congrats OP! That size fits perfectly on you. I tried on a 15202 and sadly it does not fit my 7.25” wrist the way I wanted it to. Wear it in good health!

Thanks so much all!
For those asking, I'm at a loss to explain how I got bumped up on the wait list considering I had no prior purchase history with the boutique. Paid the new price but the premium was definitely worth getting the watch earlier than expected! |
