Jubilee bracelet stretch

Is there anyone recommended who can take the stretch out of jubilee bracelets? Mine needs a major overhaul.

Is sending it into a RSC even an option? Would they touch it or just offer me a period correct replacement and the forfeiting of the original bracelet with no credit given against it?

The official RSC replaced my old TT Oyster bracelet and offered me an original (according to the watch) new TT Oyster bracelet for 50% discount. This seems to be the rule. They kept the old one. I am confident the same could apply for your jubilee.
But they do not service it. Service is offered only from private technicians.
