Yo Steve ! You weren’t kidding about those wings :)

Had about an hour to kill and I was close to where Steve had recommended these chicken wings which he said were amongst the best he’s ever had :hmm:

So I had to try them :haha:

Let’s just say I concur

The flavour was amazing, almost like a salt n pepper and infused with curry

Man, the other dishes coming out to other patrons looked amazing too!

I like how they had split the bones which meant more flavour per wing - I made quick work of them

Also met the owner/manager and told her I’ll be back.

She pulled out this huge mud crab and said -“next time you try the chilli mud crab” , I’m there !

Next GTG, I reckon we come here

Yeah, awesome, I told you they were something special.

They kind of stack them in a criss/cross fashion and the chicken wings only have 1 bone, so they are super easy to eat.

However, it is the incredible unique flavour that is really great!!

You got the wings with 'curry leaves' in the spice mixture right?

These chicken wings are very rare, I never had them like this anywhere before.

Although I am partial to the odd KFC "Wicked Wings", these Sydney Wings are on a totally superior level.

OH, nice Seiko, you got the "J" model
