New Grand Seiko watches from Baselworld 2019.

They murdered the competition.

Very tempted by the steel version of this. Tremendous stuff.

I was very disappointed by Rolex, Tudor, and Gs. Limited edition 30 pieces 76k gs does not impress me. Gs- please Make some new nice pieces most people can afford.

I love platinum watches but that platinum looks like it got mangled in the polishing wheel.

Way too sterile for me. It's as if they are trying to impress the Swiss and journalists more than the actual consumer. I was really looking forward to GS this year...

I rather have a JLC ultrathin moonphase for around the same money.

Similar sentiments here . Feels like the entirety of Baselworld was a bust this year.

While I’m sure the finishing and quality are impeccable, these pieces look really boring.

Sport pieces are as someone above said huge, clunky and messy design.

I’m a big fan of SBGA011 (Snowflake), SBGA125 (Blizzard), and SBGJ005. And I want to like the new GS more, but they make it real hard to like any of them :(

I love the Spring Drive without the PR on the dial, I'd love that to spread to a few more models...

I am also a bit underwhelmed by GS.

The new black Ti Prospex Sports watches look great, but are in 5k territory.

But there is hope that GS comes up with something spectacular during the season.

Very boring.

Grand Seiko Cocktail time? No thanks.

The Snowflake is very interesting though, but not at that price point.

Yeah, not really understanding why they created that cocktail-type watch, when you can have it for a tenth of the price.

If there's ever any watch I would like to purchase with money being not the limit - it'll be GS spring drive without the reserve indicator!
