Is the 16660 The Perfect/Ultimate Dweller?
Well I know that there are many merits to all the Sea-Dweller line, but is the 16660 the ultimate/perfect Dweller technically speaking?
It is 40mm, so is perfectly big enough. It has a heavy oyster bracelet. It has solid end links. It has quick set date. It has a scratch resistant Sapphire crystal. It has Uni Directional Bezel. & to top it all, it can have a very vintage looking MATT dial. I am a little bias, but I would like to hear other peoples views. Mark. |

It’s a great watch, but I think the “ultimate” Sea Dweller has to be the Deepsea. Highest depth rating, great lume and legibility, fully gradiated ceramic dial, domed sapphire crystal...
As a “tool” it would be hard to dispute. The Sea Dweller is a dive watch, and the Deepsea is the most capable!

I think it would be a close draw between this and 116600. I hope to add a 16660 to my collection one day!
