Rolex v Omega

OK...
I bought my first Rolex today, a Milgauss GV
It is totally different than my Omegas
As I reclined to watch a tv show just now I realized it is SILENT
I had to put my ear next to it to hear the escapement at work
My GSOTM, as beautiful as it is, echoes ticking noise if my wrist even approaches my face. So does my Bond. So does my Moonwatch.

I have always been an Omega value fan but this is a major feature in Rolex's favor that isn't often discussed
