Help with securing non-SEL bracelet! Close call on loss
Hi all - looking for some advice on non-SEL bracelet security.
Recently I noticed one side of my bracelet was looser than usual. I assumed it came with the territory of having an older model and non-SELs. I just realized that one side of the spring bar was not aligned with the hole and was able to “click” the springbar back into place quite easily. Somehow the watch never fell off my wrist.. Terrifying to think that just a few days ago I had my watch hand hanging out the window as I was driving with one of the spring bars not fully secured! My question is: should I bring my watch to RSC to replace the spring bar? Otherwise, any advice on making sure this doesn’t happen again would be much appreciated. Try cleaning the inside of the end pieces and spring bars. And see if it helps.
All work done in the good ol’ U.S. of A. |
