15407OR availability? Rose gold version

Can someone help me buy a 15407Or through a AP boutique? I suppose gold versions are readily available.

Will appreciate all assistance and support in this regard

Regards
Urooj

They are not at all readily available -- I thought the same thing and was quickly laughed at when I visited the LV boutique a few weeks ago. They are selling for like $20k above sticker on the grey market, and it seemed like you have to spend $100-150k to get on the list for one of these from the conversation I had with the salesperson.

Just call the Miami boutique and leave a deposit. It will take a few
Months. Ask for Jerome.

Don’t quote me but I’ve heard they too are more tightly allocated.

I’ve been told that you’d have to establish a fairly extensive collection of their watches to be considered for 15407. Even then, it is up to the boutique director to decide on which client to sell the piece to.

Anyone hear something different?

Pretty sure it all comes down to being in the favor of the boutique director. And the easiest path is to spend mucho dinero.

Urooj: I dont get it - you have 3 ROOs two of which are gold. You should be calling up your dealer / AP and demanding to get on the waitlist and expect to be prioritised. They are a good bunch and reward loyal customers.

The gold one for you should not be difficult!

Even for very good customers the UK waitlist is about 5 years now.

It’s 5 years for steel, but it’s the movement that’s in short supply. I can’t see the gold one being available a lot quicker but maybe I’m wrong.

Hey roger! I haven’t seen the frosted gold but let’s see I really like the standard rose gold bracelet and finish. I have not been able to source one as yet I never thought it would so difficult to get an AP. Thank you again for your reply

I didn't realize the gold one was in high demand....saw one in the Beverly hills boutique display. When I was back a week later it was gone of course.

I was told it's easier than the SS version, but still in high demand.

SA over at East Hampton says its nearly impossible to get an allocation of the RG or any version of the 407.

Was asked if I’m interested in the Code openworks since there will be one available.

Anyone seen it in-person?

That's a cool watch but since it's a tourbillon you're gonna have to pay for the pleasure, MSRP is $175k.

If this was an AP boutique it almost certainly was a demo and not for sale. They seem to be doing that more and more lately.

There are no boutiques in NL. Also from the hands position you could tell it’s not a demo piece.

Really want one, but AP pulled the licence of the local AD. There's no AD or boutique in the whole Pacific Northwest.

You need to update your resume. Include your watch collection, work history, philanthropic involvements, etc. Once that is in order, bring it in to the boutique, sit down with the manager and tell them why you believe you are a good fit for this watch.

If I came across that I would jump all over it. Dream addition to the collection right there.
