GMT Bezel Insert Question

Hi Everyone,

Thanks in advance for reading my post, and doubly so for any help with my question. How can I tell if a bezel insert on a pre-owned GMT (Master 2) is an original or a service insert?

While I'm on the subject, I'd also like to know how to differentiate after-market ones from authentic ones. So any advice on what I should be looking for, and avoiding, would be much appreciated. Thanks again!

Check the reference library here on the forum. There is a lot of great information there. Also the search function - try your search in the vintage section and the reference library.
