My first Patek purchase

Well, I was hoping my first post purchase would be the Nautilus 5711 blue face. Had a deposit for over two years and then about a year ago, the AD decided to refund all deposits, as the market was getting too crazy. I had my deposit over a year before the price increase. At the time I put the deposit down, they actually had a white faced 5711, which I’m now kicking myself for passing on.

I was offered this one and just picked it up. Initially, I wasn’t that keen on the Rose Gold, hoping it will grow on me. Stunning watch.

Here are some pictures.

Very nice! My 116500ln gets little wrist time versus my 5167a and 5711. It's sad put once you get a Patek your other timepieces don't get worn much.

Many congrats, and this is relatively good value too, esp at retail, as the price of the SS has shot up this year.

Price increase due June - Everyone says that in here.

Having this 64R myself, it will grow on you.

Make sure you get the strap cut in stages where you wear it for a day or two. I still feel like my strap got cut a little too tight for my liking.
