I don't know if you have regrets over the 533, but the 737 completes the trio so very nicely, Ruud. Really fantastic set. You done good, sir! Many congrats. Thanks for the collection pic.

Great looking watches. I just got back into the Panerai game with a 422 and am enjoying it a great deal. Two may be my number but yours are impressive.

Hi Paul,I think you should do the first review on your 737 as there is nothing on the internet.I'm staring to really like the green dial on the Panerai

Thank you, guys

Must admit, I'm extremely happy with these references and I'd be silly not to be.

I have zero regrets about choosing the 737 over the 533. Mrs Van D commented a short while ago that she knows I made the right choice because if I'd had any doubts I would have voiced them by now. I don't and I haven't.

There are still a few references out there that I would love to own one day including, but not limited to, 533 (obviously), 372, 332 (that shot Nick posted of his yesterday in the Rolex WRUW thread is awesome ) and the 389 to name but a few. Thing is, I wouldn't part with any of mine to make room in my box for any of them.

As for choosing which one to wear, I usually wear each reference for a week at a time but my Sub LV and my 359 have been known to sneak an extra week or three on the wrist once it's their turn in the rotation. Now that I have a couple more to play with, I might have to mix things up a bit more often.

I had a message off my man at OP today and he's asked me to call in tomorrow and to bring my deployant buckle. That means I should be able to slap the Asso and deployant onto my 689 (or one of the others tomorrow) and I'm really looking forward to that.

I'll post a few shots of them again with some different strap combinations once I've had a play around to see what works. What I really want to see is the JV on the 737, Asso on the 689 and 737 and the black 'gator with polished buckle on the 359 to see if it can be turned into a (sort of) dress watch.

Thank you again for the kind words

I've been looking and can't find anything at all. Nothing on google or the Panerai website. Even a search on Hodinkee turns up blank. It's almost like it doesn't exist...................

I guess I could scribble a few words but it would be mostly mumbo jumbo because my actual knowledge of the nitty gritty of watches is quite poor.

Has anyone else been into an OP boutique to ask about the 737?

Not that I need Panerai number 6,as my wife will kick my out of the house If I can get it maybe somebody else wants it so MSG me
