Incoming - PAM115

So after taking advice here and ignoring it I took the plunge and bought a PAM115 from 2003 via Chrono24. My first PAM and first purchase via Chrono24 which was very smooth.

Am glad I did not go for a titanium model as I find the weight ok - certainly no worse than my GMT and far less than my former white gold Sub.

The brown leather strap is a little too large but the watch itself sits nicely and so far runs well.

I just love the clarity of the dial, the shape of the numbers, the lever on the crown guard. Just lovely.

Don’t know why I have ever passed over Panerai really - but this will definitely not be the last !

Thanks all.

Thanks all - yes going to start looking at new straps as I would like something thats a little more 'snug".

Other than the sub-forum here - any points on a good place to start that will ship to Europe ?

All well-known non-OEM strapmakers ship to Europe. I've had no issue receiving them.

Thanks all for the good wishes.

Would like to try some different thinner straps to see if I can get it tighter on my wrist - saw a green suede type strap in another thread that matched the lume colour nicely. Maybe a grey vintage look leather.

Am really warming to it I have to say - more than I thought I would.
