Looks like a genuine Patek to me.

I have no idea but the 12 does look a but weird to me. Might be an optical illusion as others have said but the 1 and the 2 appear to be misaligned.

I'm guessing it's real. The market for a counterfeit lady's Patek of that quality would be small to nonexistent.
