Accurate too

What movement powers this watch?
Answer: I think it is a solita movement
By walt kettle on April 6, 2019
The watch is powered by an in-house automatic movement (DAV-3032). It is very precise for an automatic, losing only 2 minutes after a week of wear.
By Dennis Mincin on April 6, 2019
The movement mechanism of this high-end automatic Swiss men's watch is ETA 2893

Davosa has been around a long time doing this. So has Grovana.

Why is this in the Watch Out section? It is obvious these are not Rolex watches.

Are these even trying to pretend to be branded as Rolex? While I think they look terrible, they all seem to be branded as Davosa

Watches like this remind me why Rolex makes it difficult to buy a dial without trading in the old one.

Not a copycat, but definitely an homage. Lots of them out there from several different companies (Davosa, Steinhart, Grovana, Ginault, Squale, even Invicta). But they aren't claiming to be Rolex watches.
Not everyone can afford a Rolex, and these offer the look for $1500 or less. Some are good quality Swiss Made watches, just not as high quality as Rolex. Others are bargain bin worthy.

Nothing wrong with Davosa watches. They use Swiss movements and have some unique designs. Not a copy cat/replica by any means.

Doesn’t belong in WatchOut section.. nothing fake or miss representing Rolex.
