Planning the meeting in Kentucky

For all of you who do not know...
...we will have a GTG here in Kentucky, Louisville May 14th...

So Stan and I went to an AD here in Louisville to see if we could visit them on that day!

We went to Merkley Kendrick Jewelers and found a great sales person to welcome us. Wes is a very nice guy and also very knowledgeable...he even knew our forum and stated he is lurking around and reading to learn more about Rolex. He owns one himself.

Brian, the owner, said the would like to host our meeting...

So now, since it is getting close, please let me know who would like to attend...

...FYI, these wall clocks ARE the "real mccoy"... They allowed me to "fondle" it and examine the quartz mvmt! HOW NEAT is that!

...as Fred has, said, they are hosting our GTG on 14 May. They are planning to have "spirits" for those of you, DanP, UncleS, etc, to partake of! For us NON-drinkers, they will have the COFFEE pot plugged in and ready!

...I truly hope that several of us can GTG for the best part of the day and enjoy some comaradre and good food!

...and of course, a LOT of talk about our hobby that we enjoy so much.

...be CERTAIN to bring your collections with you so we can share info etc!

...can't wait!!!

My office is just 10~15 minutes from Merkley Kendrick. I should be ok as long as no unexpected work travel (which I do a lot).

That store is where I bought my Sea Dweller a couple of months ago while on a business trip - very nice guys there.

I may have to make the trip from NYC to meet my friend Stan and the other KY TRF's.....

Was in Louisville once in 2003 and liked it. I think most people knew I wasn't from KY!

Any time is good, but we said 4:00 PM so we all have time to get there...after Merkley Kendrick Jewelers we would like to visit the Old Spaghetti Factory
