I think the GMT is more substantial... A great looking watch. But, you can't go wrong... Nice position to be in.

I’ve had both, GMT went to a friend who wanted one but not the wait. The BB58 is the perfect fit and quite possibly my favourite watch of all now. I wear it a NATO which suits it brilliantly. Biggest issue with the GMT is a the thickness, combined with the smaller markers. Throws the proportions off in my view.

Not much more to add other than I went with the GMT. Love the vintage inspired look and functional of the watch. Both are great watches. The 58 is harder to get currently and a little more valuable in the secondary market.
I have smallish wrists but didn’t find the watch unwieldy. For reference, I have a SS SkyD (also thick watch) and both fit just fine. But I also don’t mind wearing large thick watches. Good luck! |

I picked up a 58 last Friday having waited a short time for one and you just can't go wrong for this price point. It's easy on the eye and wears great. Can't fault it. I tried on a tudor Pepsi gmt whilst in ad's, and liked it also. The thickness of the gmt gets commented on a lot but it felt fine to me and again at the price point it's a good buy. Two decent watches from Tudor. I will wait to see on July 1st what the new offering from Tudor is but may buy the gmt anyways. As always try both on first and see which you prefer OP.

Both pieces, incredible.
I’d say 58 for now. It’s the perfect size for me. GMT for the complication, versatility and price all day long but the size is just a little big for me. Gmt in 58 proportions would be mind blowing. |
