Is it safe to immerse my Rolex?
For years?
As seen in a Parisian jeweller's window in the 6th. (Sorry about poor quality photo).

Sure why not, that is what professional & saturation divers do.
As long as it gets an annual check on the seals and pressure test.

Woot? A Parisian Jeweler has a double-red SD submerged in the window, for years?

Love it
This is why every diver has a dream of buying a Rolex one day. They truly are the best watch todive with in my opinion back in my late teens and early 20s when I used to drive the best thing I ever did was buying a submariner with date. The only unfortunate thing is that in recent years because of all the hype they have become out of reach for a 20-year-old which is a shame. I sold mine a few years ago and tried to buy one just recently but had to go with and Oris instead fortunately I could afford one but because there's a lack of stock in Canada I decided not to bother waiting for stock to come in, I wanted the watch right away and the aquis fit the bill. When See one at an authorized dealer again I'll pick one up
