Help on MK3 Insert

Hello panel experts on this forum.
I sincerely needed your help on this MK3 insert that I was been offered.
I am not 100% sure on this insert been a ghost MK3.
Please kindly share your input on this before i make the purchase.

personally I wouldn't buy this insert for the 3 following reasons.

1. it doesn't appear to be an original Rolex part.
2. it appears to have been bleached.
3. it does nothing to enhance your beautiful sub
