Bergeon 6825-pf for Tudor

Can the bergeon pliers 6825-pf be used to swap out the Tudor BB 58 bracelet?

I have been told the tips are too large to be used on Rolex bracelets. Anyone know if I can just buy smaller tips?

I am curious as well although I am leaning toward buying Bergeon 7825, not sure if that's any better though.

Hi just purchased a BB58 and was in the same position. After a large amount of googling I concluded 7825 and also purchased 6767 super fine as a back up. I have been changing bracelets for a while using cheap tools and decided to treat myself. I have not tried either of these yet but I am fairly confident. The 7825 is the closest to replicate Rolex/tudors own tool. Good luck

Just so you know that the 7825 replacement tips are $80 a pair which are a complete waste of time and money imo. I got the horofix spring bar tweezers which is a fraction of the 7825 plus it comes with an extra pair of tips. The horofix also has double sided tips so for the tweezers itself you get 4 tips total.

P.S. the BB58 spring bar/bracelet is a PITA to take off.

I believe you can use any spring bar pliers/tweezers with Rolex/Tudor so as long as the outside diameter does not exceed 1.3mm.

Do you mind sharing the link for the horofix spring bar tweezer?

Also, how often are replacement tip changed? 80 dollar is steep...

The “teeth” you use matters more than the actual tool. Be it the 6825 or 7825, you will need the EF forks to be able to do Tudor bracelet changes.

What is EF fork? Does that come with the actual tool when you purchase it?
