down time
understand it is necessary to shut down the forum for maintenace/upgrade etc.

however, rather than putting information such as it would take 3 hours or 1 hour, 3 hours from what time? general public does not know

why not state what time the server is expected to be up. this case, users from around the world will check back @ suggested time.
