Linking to, Excerpting from Rolex Forums

Greetings.

A watchmaker who, in my humble opinion, has defrauded me, has agreed to refund my money plus damages.

However, the "I sent the check" game has begun.

Because of this watchmaker's high dependence on internet customers, I have decided to blog him with my own web site, and I would like to excerpt from the posts of experts on Rolex Forums and link to specific posts.

Given the wonderful support I have received here, it only seems respectful to ask how Rolex Forums feels about this.

My lawyer has instructed me to remain rigorously truthful, factual and respectful on my site, and, if I do so, it will have a happy outcome.

Feedback, please.

Thanks.

I cannot speak for the Forum Administration or Owner of the Site:

Keep in mind that The Rolex Forums is a public discussion site, and as such, does not have any control over the opinions posted by it's members..

Nor does the Forum necessarily agree with all opinions or comments expressed by it's members..

Well Ken I hope you can get the problem sorted out amicably.
You can have links from this site going back to your own site, I can't see any problem with that.
If you want to discuss any dealing you have had on this forum, there is the "Watchout!!!" sub-forum that has discussion about items for sale, transactions etc.
If you follow the rules applicable to that sub-forum there shouldn't be any problem at all.
Good Luck sorting your problem out
