Factory Tour

Last week had the privilege of going on a two day trip to Patek.
Wow.
I know others have been...
But, tour of the museum.
And then the factory.
Got to see in the flesh the 150 anniversary watch..
And the star calibre...
The whole collection in one hit...
But no photos allowed from inside.
If you ever get the chance go! It makes you realise why they cost so much, and actually you realise that they are worth the money....

And currently Patek are putting out 51000 watches per year. Of which 10000 are ladies models.
That number is spread over 60 countries...

Interesting. I was told by AP that they are about 40K...didn't know Patek was producing higher volume. Both amazing brands

Wish there were more pics (but understand) and sounds like a wonderful trip.

Afraid not! They don't allow you to take pictures inside, I think some people did; but didn't want to break the rules!

It was cool

And the most awesome thing, it was completely free....

Two and a half days. Private jet. Five star hotel. Dinner on a boat on the lake.
Patek goody bag.....
Unbelievable.

What a way to create brand loyalty. If I'm ever fortunate enough to do that trip I will only ever buy Patek.

Sounds like you had a great time, shame about no photos. Any info on the anniversary collection that you're allowed to share?

What was in the goody bag?
Was this a special invitation-only event?

Yes pity on photos.

Patek are very, very tight lipped on the 175 anniversary collection. Date for restless is rumoured to be October...

Goody bag..

Pen. Tie. Two books about Patek. Post cards. And a pin badge.

All good.
