5235G Advice Please

I am thinking of buying this piece in the near future (if I can find one).

I would really appreciate people's thoughts on this model. Do you think it is a very specialist piece that should just be part of a large collection?

I have sold my other watches and just now down to 5711 and 15202 Audemars but would love to add a complication on a strap.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Can't go wrong, I love mine! First Patek regulator is an important watch and some of the details are exquisite!

Thanks for that. Always great to hear first hand experience from an owner.

Does it take a while to get used to reading the time on the watch?

I've tried one on and "Oh my!" Internet pictures don't do it justice. Very nice and very special!

Its a lovely watch that looks much better in real life than in any pics.

I still haven't got used to it after 7 months - have to have a double-take every time I look at it!

It tells the time? I just look at mine on my wrist and admire it, didn't realise it actually does stuff...
