Dial is likely replaced in the early 60’s. Between 503-550xxx you would expect an OCC dial. Still a very nice watch of course.
What is the caseback stamp? Normally I would expect 59 to mid 60 in that serial range. If serial is 502683 it is one of the earliest 1675 ever seen. Not sure if I may misunderstand your posts regardung the serial.
