Yachtmaster discount(?)

I have been dreaming of the 126655 (40mm everose yachtmaster on oysterflex bracelet), and MSRP is $26200. Looking quickly on Chrono24 there are several listed as brand new (box/paper/stickers) for ~$22k. What gives? My only guess is that this might be a model where the ADs regularly give decent discounts, so this is the greys "passing some of it on" to the customer?

YM is not considered a “hot” model.
A got a new platinum YM blue dial for a $1000.00 under MSRP a year ago from a TS.

So what is a reasonable discount on a 126655 from the AD? I'm assuming at least $4k off, given the prices they are going for brand new at the grays?

I no longer deal with ADs. They don’t seem to have much anymore.

I would contact one of the Trusted Sellers here, (who’s who section), tell them what you want, they’ll find it easily, and give you a price. You’ll save a couple of thousand dollars just in sales tax alone.

If chono24 is offering them for that price, then a 4K discount seems reasonable.

Tell your AD what you are willing to pay. Worst they can say is no.
