Happy Holidays from Panerai...Customer Appreciation Done Right

Greetings friends. I received an email today from Panerai...

We look forward to having you join our Light Up the Holidays with Panerai virtual event on Thursday, 12/03 at 7:00pm CST.
Please refrigerate your cocktail kit upon receipt. To prep for the event, have a knife, cutting board, ice and your kit handy for the mixology demonstration, brought to you by famed mixologist, Apotheke.

Sure enough, package delivered today. Very classy...

That’s awesome! Is that from Panerai or an AD?

I remember getting a X-mas card from them in 2005 after getting a 112. Always felt it was a nice touch...never remember ever getting anything from Rolex. :)

This was from my man Raul at the Houston Panerai Boutique.

That’s awesome!

These kits can’t be cheap. For a company that everyone says is dead they certainly go above and beyond in customer service.

I have mentioned is before and now again, Panerai customer service is on another level. Comparable to Rolls-Royce levels in the car world.

This is how you treat a customer that knows and buys luxury goods. These gestures are so appreciated and I think money well spent. Bravo Panerai. I spent most of my watch purchasing money to Panerai this last year for a reason.

Wonderful! Imho Panerai is really doing things right on many levels.

The real question in this thread is how that cocktail ends up tasting.

jwkunkle - mind drunk-texting us a review later this evening?

wow. wow. Just saw this thread. This is so cool. I love and miss when more brand's would do this kind of stuff for customers. Nice to see Panerai still doing it. I think this is part of the fun of luxury watches. Good on you. Congrats and happy holidays.

It was pretty tasty. The Mezcal gave it a smokey flavor, while the muddled honeydew and kiwi gave it a sweet. What was cool was the powder that made it glow like the Panerai lume. Neat event glad I got invited. Apotheke did a great job of showing not only how to make the drink but broke why and what.

Very nice! I still receive nice emails from the Florence boutique where I bought mine. They really do know customer service and it really makes me appreciate the brand.
