Incoming Speedy
Im sure there are a million of these threads by now. But figured i'd expend into the Omega market since my AD for Rolex is also an Omega dealer. Got myself a sapphire sandwich speedy for an early birthday present. Tried on the Blue/gray AquaTerra but just had to go with this.

Currently going through the age old hesalite vs. sapphire debate. Leaning toward finding a pre-owned hesalite but if I can’t I’ll get a new sapphire.

Mainly chose the Sapphire because it comes with the clear caseback. Im such a sucker for that. Plus i think i'd scratch hesalite 5 seconds after putting it on the first time knowing how i am with watches.

Only thing holding me back is thinking I’ll mostly wear it on a NATO. Don’t most of them cover the back anyway..? (newbie question, I know)

Haselite scratches so easily but it gets cleaned even easier with some Poly watch!
