I rarely chime unless I'm *sure* of my answers. Two good things are:

I've seen that dial too. Also, the Cyclops magnification looks correct as well. The watch has many bangs and gouges which, believe it or not helps us here. Nowhere is there any evidence of gold plating or any base metal visible on the damaged areas.

All that said, for a definitive answer have it inspected by a trustworthy watchmaker. If you *know* what an authentic Rolex mvt. looks like, ask to be present at the 'unveiling." If not, go to a Rolex AD and see what they say.
FYI, despite the fact the mechanicals seem to be okay, it probably needs a full service and that case needs a proper Rolex Service Center polish. Plan on 1K but you'll have a gorgeous, like new watch to enjoy for decades.

yes it is a 68273, could you tell me how could you find the model number ?
was it just based on experience, or you use some kind of image processing or maybe other tricks ?
