Bose makes superb classic pocket knives. I prefer small modern ones that you can open with one hand. But I appreciate the classics.

I'm collecting vinyls, around 2,000 pieces now.
Mostly Rock music, like Prog Rock, Rockabilly, Hard Rock, Glam Rock, Punk, Grunge, Alternative, Old skool Thrash Metal, even New Wave.
Collecting late 60s, 70s, mostly 80s and early 90s.

I collect comic books also. Started in mid 80s...first purchase was Dr. Strange, collected a couple of shot boxes (mostly xmen, secret wars, wolverine miniseries, punisher miniseries, dark knight mini-series, killing joke, ASM 129, etc)...then moved away from it until a few years ago when I found online auctions, bidding on CGC graded key comics.

2012/2013 got:
Avengers #1 8.5
Avengers #4 9.2
Incredible Hulk #181 9.8

Want to pick up all the silver keys, but prices are soaring over the last decade.

Are you a quantity or quality collector?

Anyone collect anything besides watches

I have that 'tick' as well. Can't seem to buy one of anything...

Snowboards, clothes (find something I like and get multiple/every color), sports equipment -lacrosse sticks, logo, belts, shoes, etc. etc.

Actually I have 6 of those larger limited lego star wars sets but all built and the packages all thrown away. This was before I discovered TRF and realized the importance of boxes

Well I built them and keep them in my dedicated showcase. I prefer enjoying them over keeping them in boxes but should have keep the boxes

I collect video game systems (some games but mostly just the systems). Have nearly every console system developed.

Art. Had to buy two additional apartments to display our collection. Now that we've downsized our main abode, I think we're going to have to start rotating.

Now I seem to be collecting Tumi bags. I'd never heard of them before joing the forum and now have a leather expanding laptop bag, a leather suit carrier, a balistic nylon wheeled case/suit bag and I've bought my wife a big leather tote. I've still got my eyes on some more.

Right there with you about the high end knives (although we aren't allowed to discuss such things here)

I also collect limited edition art prints, beer tap handles, neon signs, flashlights, and sneakers. If I didn't have all of these other hobbies I could probably have a really awesome Rolex collection.

I've had many collections in my life, some of them are still under construction, Pokemon cards, coins, poetry, jewelry, writing instruments...that's about it.

Besides watches I have collected comics, bicycles, pens, knives...

1 of my current favorite besides watches is travel destinations, when I return I look forward to opening up the atlas and marking off where I have been.

Sadly, elusive world peace is really restricting my choice of destinations. As a former miss universe contestant I will tell you, I wish we could get this world peace thing in order and just get along.

Ps extra point if you can pick out the small part that may have been a fabrication?

Would love to see some pics of your Lego collection. I love Lego, have a few sets, but don't collect as I just don't have the space to display them.

I actively collect circulating Canadian coins with my kids, and American pennies.

I also collect soccer jerseys (but not seriously).
