Breitling Avenger II Seawolf with numbers or indexes

Hello and congratulations on the wonderful forum!

Now on the topic:
I decided to buy a Breitling Avenger II Seawolf - Sea Wolf. As for the make and model, I no longer hesitate - they are definitely selected.
The only thing I still can't choose is whether it is with Arabic numerals or only with indexes?
I looked at various reviews and pictures on the web, which clearly show that the model, without Arabic numerals, has a much better luminescence, but in light, the one with Arabic numerals looks much better.
Moreover, I see that most high-end divers, such as Omega, Rolex and Tudor, do not have Arabic numerals, however, mass Breitling is exactly in Arabic numerals, the index-only model is less common.
Is there any specific reason for preferring the Arabic numeric version, despite the fact that the luminescence is much weaker than the other index model? So far I have not found such a topic and I would be very glad to hear what your views are on this matter!

Once again, congratulations to all members!

Comes down to personal preference. The sticks version is the new model.

Thanks for your comments!
I also think the arabic version looks better, my only hesitation is due to the weaker lum.
Unfortunately, I can see live only the version with Arabic numerals and the other one with indices, I can only judge from photos and comments on the web. It would be nice to see the two models in a real physical store side by side, but unfortunately, my dealer only has the model with numbers.

My personal preference is the stick/index dial. Much simpler and cleaner in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I soon realized that in both versions, the dials were stamped, that is, the markers were not applied, as it should be with a clock for several thousand dollars. This is the reason at this stage, to delay the purchase and look for another model or even a brand.

Last week I bought the new Seawolf with cobra yellow dial in stick markers.
I’m really enjoying it.

I bought the one with the Arabic numerals. Great looking watch! Too thick for me so I bought the Avenger Blackbird titanium.

Enjoy!

Looks totally badass.

I chose the baton dial because I think the dial looks a bit less cluttered but I really don’t think you can go wrong with either.

On a separate note I bought it on the bracelet and later added a Diver ProII strap with the adjustable clasp. Really gives the watch a totally different vibe.

I've noticed that this piece is huge on my wrist! Looking for something a bit more subtle, but love the grey dial I have on my Avenger Seawolf, but will looking to move it for something else!

It’s up to you of course but I wouldn’t rush into selling it. I bought the Seawolf about 10 years ago and after a short time of ownership I used to think it was too big. Glad I never got rid of it though as I always enjoy wearing it now whenever I put it on.

For me the numbers were decision maker, i wouldnt buy with the baton index style, just feels a bit incomplete, its one of the details i liked much about it.

I love the numbers on the Hurricane but cannot stand that breitlight case. It’s a disaster for Breitling.

I prefer stick markers myself. But my Superoceans have both. Kinda the best of both worlds. Clarity and LUME is always nice.

I think the stick indexes look much cleaner and symmetrical

Might want to try the 43 Avenger. Great presence, thin, and very comfortable.
