Top choice was no date, great compliment to my 5513, new LV is further down the list as I already have an original Kermit.

I’ve considered moving up from the 16613 to the 126613 for the better bracelet, but the different isn’t big enough to compel me to make the move - and I enjoy the classic proportions of the five-digit.

I wonder if any of the people who voted for the LV were thinking in terms of its higher resale value, rather than actually wanting to wear it. My dealer gave me the choice of LN, LV or 124060 and I picked the LN because colored bezels don't interest me, and it's convenient having the date, especially with the cyclops. I want to use it as an everyday watch.

Don’t know how I missed this poll! For me, the 124060 is clearly first. Followed by the TT bluesy, and then Kermit. Have 2 out of 3 so far, will most likely pick up the LV next year. For me if only 2, the 124060 and bluesy combo are tough to beat.

My friend is getting his first sub/Rolex, so I put him in contact with my AD. He asked which one he should get. I thought about it, and I surprised myself suggesting the the LN, even though it is not on my radar. I don’t think he would be a collector, so as much as I personally prefer the 124060, for others as the only Rolex I suggest the LN.

One last point, I am betting if money and availability aside, the white gold blue bezel sub would be doing much better. This is probably my actual favorite, but not everyone wants to drop 40k on a watch.

Not in the marker for new submariner, but if I have to choose one again it will be the 124060 and that will be it.
If Rolex puts the dial of the Bluesy in steel or white gold version, then it will be a different story.
