Good question. But I was offering to purchase through PayPal and he kept insisting on bank wire but then I even offered to pay PayPal fees and he still wouldn't nudge for PayPal. He also said to have lived about 2 hours from me and I told him I would Come pick it up and that's when he stopped replying.
