Should be the time loss steady?
I have noticed that my watch is not keeping the time steady equally... for ex. some days it is +4 sec. other days +6 and other +3 is that OK???
Does it depends on how much movement to your wrist happens a day? |

What does it average out to over a week's time? You can make yourself crazy checking it every day. Try checking it once a week. If it's consistently off, you may need to get it checked. But if it's running at an average of +/- 4-5 sec. per day over a week's time, it's in good shape.

Also what is your activity level, and how long have you worn the watch? It may need to settle in to your activity level.
Timing it over a week is good advise. |

Now don't read two much into very small deviations in your watch timekeeping. As long as your watch performs on a average of -4 to +7 seconds a day your watch is fine.Temperature, and how you long you wear your watch, activity and gravity all play a role in overall timekeeping. Now stop worrying, and enjoy your watch its perfectly OK.
