Anyone with pictures from before and after a Rolex service?

I'm curious about a Rolex service, I would like to see the difference in before and after the service.
Thanks guys!

That's what's going to happen to yours when they get a hold of that fake you're wearing, Craig.

Well I'll try. Please understand what takes place "under the hood" is never seen.

This is my Red Sub before service. I ,of course requested the hands and dial remain. I sent the watch head only as I wanted to keep the orginal bracelet and end links to have them rehabed.
Notice the dings on the lug and the scratch on the crystal at 4 o'clock.

After a visit to RSC Dallas--new crystal, crown&tube, polish and bracelet

I would also add the watch runs -1 sec after service.

I wish I had pics of mine before the service. It was serviced just before I bought it. I have the receipt/warranty ticket for almost $1400. It didn't just receive a facelift, it had a face transplant .

Before and After Rolex Service: 16613 circa 1991

Thanks guys!
Brought my 16613 for servicing two weeks ago. I had the watch 'overhauled', changed the acrylic crystal to sapphire, replaced the: black bezel insert; dial; 'hour, minute and seconds' hands; crown and stem. Also had the watch buffed.

BEFORE:

AFTER:

BEFORE: "SWISS-T<25" DIAL (note the chips on acrylic crystal and the scratches on the black bezel insert)

AFTER: "SWISS" DIAL

The changes might be subtle or even unnoticeable to others, but if its' your Rolex... believe me, you'll know and appreciate the improvements.

Plain and simple, after service you get a watch that is at least 90% new (depends on age of course) if you dont have any major dents or anything like that it will be as good as new.

Hi Hobbes,
why did you replace the dial & hands?

Actually, I did have second thoughts about replacing the dial and hands.

But, since I needed the lume, I decided to have the dial and hands replaced.

The old dial and hands used tritium for night time illumination. I think tritium's 'glow-in-dark' feature wears off after a few years. Well, at least mine did.

No, I don't do much night diving or any diving for that matter. More like night driving.

Yeah,...That's my understanding. Circa 1991 would be sapphire as it left the factory.

Really?

Then I stand corrected:

I replaced the old chipped sapphire with a new sapphire.

Sorry, not too familiar with the specs.

Thanks for the info, though.
